Requests for repeat prescriptions are made by using the re-order slip that is issued to you with every repeat prescription. You can do this either by delivering it to the surgery, posting it, faxing it to us or via the Internet. For safety reasons we are not able to accept any medication requests via the phone. We require just two working days to prepare your repeat prescription. Some local pharmacies offer a prescription collection service and, with your authority, they may be able to collect your prescription from us on your behalf. Please speak to your local pharmacy to arrange this.
